The After Sales Team Award recognises the outstanding achievement of a Northern Ireland vehicle retailer’s After Sales team in helping achieve or exceed its after sales targets.

The award-winning team will demonstrate how they have successfully cultivated a winning team built on customer-focused approach to after-sales, and how they worked as a team and as individuals to outperform business objectives and forecasts.

 

Essential Eligibility Criteria

  • This category is open to After Sales Teams within a vehicle retailer in Northern Ireland.

 

Award Criteria

Collaborative Team Effort: Demonstration of how the team’s collaborative efforts have led to the achievement of after-sales targets.

Customer-Focused Approach: Evidence of a customer-centric approach in all after sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Individual and Team Performance: Examples of both individual and collective achievements that contributed to the after-sales team’s success.

Innovative Sales Strategies: Demonstrate the use of innovative and effective sales strategies that contributed significantly to the after-sales team’s success and positively impacted sales outcomes.

Adaptability and Responsiveness: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, showcasing the team’s flexibility and strategic thinking.

Professional Development: Demonstrate commitment to the ongoing development of team members through training and professional growth opportunities.

Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate effective leadership and communication within the team to foster a positive and productive sales environment.

Positive Customer Feedback: Demonstrate evidence of exceptional customer service leading to positive feedback, repeat business, and customer referrals.

Contribution to Business Objectives: Demonstrate the impact of the after-sales team’s efforts on overall business growth, including exceeding sales forecasts and targets.

 

Submissions should be clear, concise, and supported by verifiable evidence or data where possible. Each criterion should be addressed individually, providing specific examples or case studies that demonstrate excellence and distinguish the After Sales Team from its competitors.

The judging panel may request to interview or set a test for an entrant as enhanced assessment if required.
