They will demonstrate market leadership and have a strong presence in the automotive industry.
Essential Eligibility Criteria
- This category is available to all vehicle retailers based in Northern Ireland, including dealerships, used vehicle retailers, leasing operations, vehicle maintenance and repair specialists and automotive part suppliers.
Award Criteria
Customer Service: Demonstrate a clearly articulated customer service ethos that prioritises customer satisfaction and demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service during the purchase process and beyond.
Sales Service Excellence: Demonstrate excellence in customer service during the vehicle purchase process.
After Sales Excellence: Demonstrate comprehensive after-sales services including maintenance, servicing, and repair, highlighting how these services go above and beyond industry standards.
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: Evidence demonstrating high levels of customer satisfaction in the past twelve months.
Innovative Services and Technologies: Evidence of adopting innovative products, services, or technologies designed to enhance the customer experience, from the sales process to after-sales support.
Staff Training: Evidence of investment in staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, ensuring employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and equipped to meet customers’ needs.
Submissions should be clear, concise, and supported by verifiable evidence or data where possible. Each criterion should be addressed individually, providing specific examples or case studies that demonstrate excellence and distinguish the dealership from its competitors.
The judging panel may request to interview or set a test for an entrant as enhanced assessment if required.
