The Rising Star Award acknowledges and celebrates outstanding young talent within the motoring industry.
We invite managers to nominate individuals who have already established themselves as exceptional performers, possess strong business expertise, and inspire colleagues through their performance. These candidates should be driven, innovative, and have the potential to make a significant impact on the broader car retailing sector.
Eligible for the Rising Stars Award are individuals who have entered the industry within the last two years. Managers are required to nominate candidates on their behalf.
