- The leasing operation must be fully licensed and comply with all relevant regulations governing vehicle leasing in Northern Ireland.

After-Sales Service: Demonstrate provision of comprehensive after-sales support, including servicing packages, breakdown assistance, and customer service.
Financial Stability and Growth: Demonstrate financial stability and sustainable growth, indicating the company’s ability to meet its long-term commitments to customers.
Customer-Focused Approach: Evidence of practices that prioritise customer needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised leasing experience.
Competitive Pricing: Demonstrate competitive pricing strategies that provide value to customers while maintaining business profitability.
Quality & Innovation: Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle leasing, after-sales services, and overall customer interactions.
Marketing Excellence: Demonstrate effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences
Capital Investment: Evidence of investments made in the dealership to improve infrastructure, technology, or customer facilities, enhancing the overall customer experience, and how they have positively impacted the business and customer satisfaction.
Staff Retention and Training: Evidence of policies or practices in place for staff development and retention in the past 12 months.
Corporate Social Responsibility: Demonstrate the Impact of CSR initiatives on the community or environment in the past 12 months.
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: Evidence demonstrating high levels of customer satisfaction in the past twelve months.
Submissions should be clear, concise, and supported by verifiable evidence or data where possible. Each criterion should be addressed individually, providing specific examples or case studies that demonstrate excellence and distinguish the best leasing operation from its competitors.
The judging panel may request to interview or set a test for an entrant as enhanced assessment if required.
